奖金领取：

现场发放奖金。所有获奖运动员均须携带本人有效身份证件联系组委会办理相关手续，选手所获奖金将由组委会代缴20%的个人偶然所得税。

PRIZE GRANT:

Prize wil be granted on site.All the winning athletes are required to bring their valid ID CARDS to contact the organizing committee for relevant procedures. The prize will be paid 20% of the individual income tax through the organizing committee.

 赛事报名 EVENTS TO SIGN UP

个人组别：

1.报名人数：260人，男女组各130人，报满即止。

2.报名费用：免费。

3.报名对象：参赛者年龄限18岁至60岁之间，(1999年1月1日至1957年12月31日)。参赛者须持身份证、军官证、护照等有效证件按照规定，进行报名。

4.健康须知：参赛选手须持健康证明参赛，健康证明包括一年以内的体检报告，或全程/半程马拉松完赛成绩证书，或往届垂直登高完赛证书。无体检证明的选手，须经过在注册医疗机构体格检查，证明身体健康，适宜参加该项比赛。

3.THE SINGHNING UP PERSON:The age limitation is from 18 years old to 60 years old(From January 1 ,1999 to December 31 ,1957  ).

4.HEALTH REQUIREMENTS:You are required to have a health certificate to insure your safety.The health certificate include medical examination report,half or full marathon finishing certificate,the previous International Towerrunning Grand Prix finishing certificate. Anyone who donnot have the health certificate must get the physical examination from the registered medical institution.

团体组别：

1.报名队数：30组。接力赛每队3人，包含1名领队（由队员兼任），参赛队员中至少有1名异性，各队自行确定各接力点参赛人员。

2.报名费用：免费。

3.报名对象：参赛者年龄限18岁至60岁之间，(1999年1月1日至1957年12月31日)。

TEAM RACE:

1.THE SINGHNING UP NUMBER:30 teams.Each team includs 3 persons ,and there must be one opposite sex in the team.The team can arrange the teammate of every relay point themselves.

运动员只能以团队或个人赛一种身份参赛，一经查处，立即取消成绩，组委会概不退还报名费，最终解释权归组委会所有。

ATTENTION:

Any athlete can only compete in a team or individual race.The results will be cancelled immediately once checked out,and the organizing committee will not return the registration fee .The final interpretation rights is owned by the organizing committee.

 比赛安排 MATCH ARRANGEMENT

个人赛：

个人赛全程55层，起点设置在上海万都中心一楼，终点设置在上海万都中心55层。

SINGLE RACE:

The single race begins from the 1st floor,ends at the 55th floor.

接力赛：

接力赛起点设置在上海万都中心一楼，接力点分别设置在21层、35层，终点设置在上海万都中心55层。

TEAM RACE:

The team race begins from the 1st floor,and the relay point is the 21th floor and 35th floor，the end is at the 55th floor.

注意事项：所有接力队员均须在比赛开始前在工作人员指引下，乘坐电梯到达相关接力楼层等待接力赛，请接力赛选手准时到达比赛现场，根据现场工作人员安排参赛。

ATTETION:

All the participants of the team race must take the elevator to the relay point floor before the race under the guidance of the staff.

领物须知：参赛者本人身份证复印件、健康证明复印件（体检报告或半程及以上马拉松完赛证书）,凭借参赛号领取（参赛号会提前短信通知）；接力团队装备包由队长统一领取。

RACE KIT COLLECTION NOTICE:You should supply your ID card copy ,health certificate copy,and your race number(The committee will send you one message about race number).

健康要求 HEALTH REQUIREMENTS

1.参赛者身体要求：

参赛者必须具备一定的体育运动常识和相应体能，具备登楼梯或跑步健身运动基础，高血压、心脏病等不适合运动、竞技性体育活动的不能参加。

2.参赛者须有健康证明方可报名参赛

赛事组委会要求每位参赛选手身体健康，并持有健康证明材料，健康证明材料包含体检报告，或一年以内全程或半程马拉松完赛证书，或往届垂直登高完赛证书。选手在领取赛事装备包时，将个人健康证明交于赛事组委会。

3.有下列情况者不宜参加比赛：

先天性心脏病和风湿性心脏病，高血压和脑血管疾病，心肌炎和其他心脏病，冠状动脉病和严重心律不齐，血糖过高或过低的糖尿病，恐高症患者，其它不适合运动的疾病。

1.Participants must have a certain sports knowledge and the corresponding physical fitness, as well as the climbing or running sports foundation.Anyone who has high blood pressure, heart disease is not suitable for the race.

2.You are required to have a health certificate to insure your safety.The health certificate include medical examination report,half or full marathon finishing certificate,the previous International Towerrunning Grand Prix finishing certificate. Anyone who donnot have the health certificate must get the physical examination from the registered medical institution.You should give your health certificate to the stuff when you get your race kit.

3.Anyone who has a disease as following is forbidden to attend the race Congenital heart disease and rheumatic heart disease, hypertension, and cerebrovascular disease, myocarditis and other heart disease, coronary artery disease and severe arrhythmia, too high or too low blood sugar diabetes, acrophobe, other diseases which are not suitable for the sports.

 赛事声明 EVENT STATEMENT

1. 我自愿参加长宁区第一届境外友人运动会垂直登高赛及一切赛事相关活动(以下统称“比赛”)，我确认本人具有参加本赛事相应的民事行为能力和民事责任能力,并且已获得监护人的同意；

2. 我确认全面理解并同意遵守组委会及协办机构(以下统称“组委会”) 所制订的各项规程、规则、规定、要求及采取的措施；

3. 我确认已认真阅读了组委会就选手参加本次运动会垂直登高比赛可能发生的一切风险（包括但不限于因本次运动所可能产生的人身伤亡风险）的提示，我在此明确同意将自行承担参加“长宁区第一届境外友人运动会垂直登高赛”所可能存在的风险和责任；

4. 我承诺已通过正规医疗机构进行体检，并结合检查报告进行自我评估，确认自己的身体状况能够适应于垂直登高运动，已为参赛做好准备，承诺愿意承担参赛可能带来的风险（包括但不限于因本次运动所可能产生的人身伤亡风险）；

5. 我参加此次比赛以及参赛全过程中所造成所发生的人身伤害、局部或永久性伤残、死亡、医疗或住院费用、财产损坏、任何形式的盗窃或财产损失等事项，由我自己承担全部责任，免除组委会责任，组委会对此不承担任何形式的赔偿；

6. 我授权赛事组委会及指定媒体可无偿使用本人的肖像、姓名、声音等用于长宁区境外友人运动会垂直登高赛的宣传与推广；

7. 我将向组委会提供身份证件用于核实本人身份及参赛资格，保证提交的身份证件和文件资料真实有效，并承担因提供不实信息所产生的全部责任，组委会据此有权拒绝提供参赛资格，并不予退返前期支付的报名费用；

8. 我承诺以自己的名义报名参赛，不将报名后获得的参赛资格及号码布以任何方式转让给他人，并承担因转让参赛资格及号码布所出现的全部责任与后果；

9. 我同意在比赛前和比赛期间不得损害、更改及遮盖垂直登高赛的官方号码布，按照参赛要求穿着赛事参赛服装，并同意组委会发现该项违规后有权取消本人的参赛资格；

10. 我同意在参赛过程中遵守裁判、医疗人员和安保人员的要求，在关门时间未完成比赛、身体不适及赛道出现突发状况时主动退出比赛，并承担因本人坚持比赛所产生的全部责任与后果；

11. 我同意接受组委会在比赛期间提供的现场急救性质的医务治疗，但在医院救治等发生的相关费用由我自理；

12. 我同意组委会以我为被保险人投保了人身意外险，我确认已知悉并同意保险合同的相关内容。

13.最终解释权归组委会所有。

1.I volunteer to attend the first Changning district overseas friend games towerrunning grand prix and all event related activities (hereinafter generally referred to as the "game"), I confirm that I have attend the event corresponding capacity for civil conduct and capacity for civil liability, and I have obtained the guardian agree.

2.I confirm that I fully understand and agree to abide by the rules, rules, regulations, requirements and measures adopted by the organizing committee and the co-organizer (hereinafter referred to as "organizing committee").

3.I confirm that I have read the organizing committee for the players to participate in the games and I had konwn the vertical elevating all possible risks (including but not limited to loss of life or personal injury may be produced by the movement of risk) of the tip, I agree to under write the "changning district vertical up" first overseas friend games possible risk and liability.

4.I promise that I have passed the medical examination from regular medical institutions,which are based on self evaluation, inspection report to confirm my own physical condition can adapt to the vertical ascent motion, ready for competition,.and I am willing to take on participating the risk of (including but not limited to risk of life or personal injury caused by the sport).

5.I took part in the competition and any personal injury caused during the whole process, include partial or permanent disability, death, medical or hospitalization expenses, property damage, theft or damage to property of any kind is responsibled  by my own, exempt from the organizing committee of the responsibility.The organizing committee did not undertake any form of compensation.

6.I authorize the organizing committee and designated media to use my own portrait, name and voice for the promotion and promotion of the vertical climbing competition of foreign friends in changning district.

9.I agree before the race and shall not harm, changes, and cover the match during it vertically up the official number cloth, in accordance with the requirements for participating in sports clothing, and agreed to the organizing committee found that after the violation shall have the right to cancel my qualification.

10.I agree to abide by the referee in the process of competition, the medical personnel and the requirements of security personnel, at the closing time has not finished the race, physical discomfort, and the track appeared emergency withdrawal from the competition actively, and assume full responsibility because I adhere to the game of the consequences

11.I agree to accept the medical treatment of first-aid nature provided by the organizing committee during the competition, but I am responsible for the relevant expenses incurred in the hospital treatment.

12.I agree with the organizing committee that I have insured against personal accident insurance for the insured, and I confirm that I have been informed and agree to the relevant contents of the insurance contract.

13.The final interpretation rights belongs to the organizing committee.
